How do I know if you are on my insurance plan?

We accept most insurance plans. You may call your insurance company and ask for a list of providers in your area or visit their website for this information.

Will my insurance cover this visit?

Most insurance companies will cover an annual preventative exam at no cost to you. If treatment or diagnosis of a specific illness, symptom, complaint or injury is addressed, you may have a copay or deductible portion due by you. If you have questions regarding coverage on any services we provide, please call your insurance company for detailed benefits on your policy.

How do I get my lab or x-ray results?

If you have had labs or radiology procedures performed (MRI, x-ray, CT, US, etc), our office will call you with your results usually within 3 – 5 business days.

How do I get my prescription refills?

If you are in need of refills on established medications please first contact your pharmacy to determine if you have remaining refills. If you do not, please ask your pharmacy to electronically request a refill through our electronic RX system. If you have questions pertaining to medication refills please contact us. Please allow 48-72 hours for refills as some prescriptions require prior authorization from your insurance company or from your provider.

How are referrals handled?

We will schedule an appointment to see you and determine if a specialist is needed. With over fifteen years of an established referral base, we can direct you to the best possible specialty care. We will get prior approval from your insurance company, if required, and contact the specialist to initiate an appointment.
